My now husband and I stopped at a cemetary near (I use that term loosely, I really can't remember) Zanesville, Ohio, and we took these shoots on my disposable camera. As you can see it was dark that day, and rainy. When I got the pics back, we saw these "balls of light." I thought it was rain, but some people think they might be orbs. I want to get other opinions.

The first and 3rd picture I think are rain, but the second "Me at the cemetary" pic could possibly be something different because it looks like its moving up from the blure streaks. And I don't think rain falls up. But its kindof hard to judge considering you were using a disposable camera...do you have another camera you can use to go back and take more?

Yeah, those pics kinda suck, I know. Sadly, I don't even remember exactly where that cemetery is...we were just driving around. Anyway, I agree with you, the only one that I thought didn't look like rain were the ones in "Me at the cemetery." Thanks for your coments!

I agree! Although it was raining, #2 (Me at the Cemetery) is a keeper! [Wink]

WR, I'd like to feature/add that photo to the SK ghosts page[/URL], with your permission. Email me (it's in my profile) and let me know. =)

I have to agree. The second pic definitely looks like something. Rain definitely doesn't move like that. Me thinks you captured a ghosty! [Big Grin]

Indulge me here a minute.
That bright dot in the first one could be the reflection of something. But the position of the bright dots in the first two pictures plus the position of the odd dot with the blue center in the third strike me as a bit odd and a little too coincedental.
Do you think it is possible to have captured a slow moving ghostie? It may have moved slowly down the walk and steps. That each of the three shots may have caught it at a different point.
Just a thought.

Nakis,
I totally see what you are saying. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the order these shots were taken in, which would be very helpful in figuring that out. Personally, I still think that only the second pic looks like an orb anyway. I think the others are just raindrops. It would be amazing to think I captured a spirit moving through the cemetery...I'm just too skeptical over my own pics though! =)
