Hi, I came across a video clip from another board I am a member to. I think it is quite interesting. I have it saved to my computer but don't know how to post it here for everyone to look at. Can anybody offer any suggestions on how to post it? Thanks in advance.. [Jump]

The quickest and easiest way to find out is e-mail Kell. Though I'm sure Kevin and several other computer-phyles here could tell you.

I think this will work, it is the name of website where the clip is...just click on it and it will open up the video. If it doesn't work, I will try something different

The link you provided did bring up the download box but then I got this error when trying to play:

RealMedia File Format: Invalid Data Header in file "Pro-place[1].ram". The file is unreadable.

I also tried going to their index and playing it from there with the same results.

Maybe it's just my puter. Has anyone else had any luck?

No I didn't have any luck either... but then again I have some spyware junk and it makes it hard for me to download stuff...

But if you are also having problems then maybe it's the link?

Okay... I didn't have any trouble downloading it and playing it.

I had to watch it twice before I could figure out what I was supposed to be seeing though.

It didn't open at first but when I had already moved to another post as I thought it didn't work it popped up. I too at first was not sure what I was looking at as the screen was tiny so a little hard to see. The second time watching I noticed the filmy things that were sort of string like. Is that what you were seeing as well moonspirit?

FYI, if you have Real Player installed on your PC you should be able to click the link and see the video. I haven't seen it myself since I only have Real Player on one of my computers and I haven't hit this site from that computer in a few days. Real Player is annoying and intrusive so I refuse to install it on my other puters. =)

If you get an error message, it could be because your Real Player is outdated. I'll post more after I try the clip on my home PC that has Real Player on it (I'm at work now).

Yes the white stringy things, you have to enlarge the screen to see it properly. And the people taking the video are talking about it as it happens. The guy that walks in from the right kinda gets in the way of the white things flying at the camera. And I think he had some sort of reflective tape on his shoes...I was thinking DUH..why would you wear something like that on a ghost hunt?

Wow, cool clip! I finally got around to hitting it with RealOne Player. For those of you who are getting errors, try downloading a newer player.

You can see it best at the beginning of the video, before the guy steps in front of the camera. It's interesting that he tried scuffing his feet, to prove it wasn't dust.

As for the tape on his shoes, some sneakers have reflective material on them, and they were taping in infrared, so the tape probably showed up brighter than it does in natural light.

Here's another clip taken the same night, showing more of the orbs in motion: http://www.majda.net/videos/Pro-place2.rm[/URL]
