What an interesting site! Well a friend of mine give me the link to this site becuse I am having a problem with EVPs I have of my son who passed 3 yrs ago. I am trying to find out a way to get them copied. I can not use software because I have no more space on my computer and can not afford a new one at this time. There is this woman Syliva Hartman who wrote the book "When spirit come calling" that has heard my tapes and wants a copy of them. I hope to find some one here who could help.
I live near Philadelphia.
I also have a picture of my son who came to visit us last christmas. So if someone can help me with posting it I would be glad to share

I'd like to help you with the EVPs. First of all, you mentioned they are on "tape." Is that tape from an answering machine, cassette or mini cassette? I have EVPs from my close friend, and put them on cd, by recording them from my voice mail, onto a digital voice recorder. From there, I did upload them on my pc, using the Voice Editor software that came with my voice recorder. I understand you don't have space on your pc at this time. I am wondering if you have a stereo or cd player, where you can pop in a cd, and record from the tape to the cd? I have a cd player, but it also plays cassettes. I can record from cassette to cd. If you don't have one, perhaps you know someone that does. Let me know what kind of tape the EVP's are on, and I'll try and help or I think I know someone who may be able to.

The tapes are both cassette and mini cassette. Sylvia Hartman actually wants the tapes for a women in spain who is doing reseach in this field.
I do believe that my son again me these gilfs to share with the world. I always believed in life after death, but now I KNOW there is life ater life. I feel everyone needs to know this. Even if alot are not ready to except this. I will try to find someone that has a recorder like one you mentioned. I belong to a group call Parastudy they may have a recorder like that or someone there might. Any help I can get I will be very thankful for.
