Yeah!,...I know what you mean about those scarey ghost! Welcome.
Before joining this site, I didn't even want to have an encounter with something going bump in the night, but I've learned and understood alot from reading post and talking to the great people here. It doesn't bother me anymore, I know how to react, what to do and understand 'their' situation. But the best thing is that everyone can be open w/ their experiences and we all jump in and help.
You're gonna love it here. Big thanks to KellKell and her staff and of course all the members.

Thank you everyone for such a warm welcome! And I can't wait to share my experiences with you all. I have alot of them, the first of them I remember, was when I was about 5 years old. I have'nt had any for while now, but I dream of the house where the physical contact started, my Grandparents house. That seemed to follow us home from visits there, and my sisters and I have sat around telling some really great stories of those times! Anyway like I was saying I dream of this house all the time and that is why I found the site. Thanks to all!!

I'm a fellow Iowan, I live about 60 miles from Sioux City. I've been Ghost Hunting for about 6 yrs. now.
I work in a very haunted 100 yr. old Psychiatric Facility. Where I have experienced many hauntings.
It's always fun to share those encounters, with others. Some of which were experienced by my coworkers at the same time!
This messageboard helped me connect with Merideth Putney a newscaster for KCAU TV Ch # 9, in Sioux City. Merideth invited me to spend the night in Homer, Neb.'s Cemetery with her, and help her by providing her my Ghost Hunting knowledge and equipment. All while she conducted a 2 part news story for Halloween.
I will always be appreciative of this site and it's Staff for alerting me of the opportunity to be involved in something like that.
I hope your experiences here will be as fruitful as mine have been!
