Hi All,
I saw a quick preview today of a new Drama series coming on NBC called Medium. It looked interesting enough. I checked the write-up on it at NBC site. It will start airing in January. Patricia Arquette plays the role of Allison the lady who starts to use her gift (once she realizes she is not crazy) to help provide justice for those no longer with a voice.

I do hope they do the topic justice with this new drama, like the movie Sixth Sense did. Nothing worse then a poorly done show involving the paranormal. I much prefer shows involving real investigation etc. but if they can manage to capture a true to life experience of a Medium it might be ok. =)

Your welcome ladies =)

Patricia Arquette is a talent. I loved her work in the movie Stigmata. Seeing she was starring caught my attention as much as the title did.

Having recently experienced a session with a Medium I'm also interested to see how they will express what is felt by the receivers of the information. =)

Just a little heads up the pilot show airs tonight!! It's about to start here. I am recording it to watch a bit later without the commercials. Plus the guys are glued to the junior hockey game. =)

One of my favorite shows love the quirkiness of things that happen like when in one of her dreams she woke up in a casket with a dead man and her husband was talking to her while looking down at her.. Very Cool show and based on a true person too.

I'm hooked on this show, and I haven't done that with a series in a long time! If I'm not mistaken, Kelsey Grammar of "Frasier" (another all-time favorite)fame is the producer, which explains the quirky humor at times.

It pleases me to no end when Hollyweird actually makes intelligent entertainment -- it doesn't happen often!

I've become hooked on the show as well. If I'm not able to watch it I always tape it. Great job with casting, and I too enjoy the bits of odd humor that is thrown in now and then. One of the morning shows had the real Alycan Dubois (spelling?) on as a guest recently. She commented how much she likes the way Patricia portrays her and that her life is very much filled with dreams and messages etc. as the show portrays. I missed part of the interview so not sure how far they have gone with mirroring her life. The real Mrs Dubois even looks a bit like Patricia. =)
