I know the other pics no one could see anything, but like I made mention before it could just be trickery of the eye. Here I have 2 pics, taken back to back. Taken on a regular throw away camera. take a look. Very interesting!

Aww, what cute little kidletts!

I see what could possibly be a shadow ghost in the lower left-hand corner of the first pic (they like corners...). That is, if there is no other explanation for that shadow being there.... I don't see it in the 2nd pic.

In the second pic, I see what appears to be a faint, slightly moving orb near the middle child's head.

About how long was it between photo snaps?

No the shadow can't be explained in the first pic. I was wondering about that, then thought it mighta been the camera or lighting. The pics were takin about 1 to 2 mins apart. The kids were being good for once, so we decided to get all the pics we could. After the second pic the kids ran off to play. I have had my son (he's on the left, he was 1 when the pic was taken) talk to people who aren't there. It's creepy lemme tell ya!?! I wanted to get more pics of the place, but we were in Michigan visiting my in-laws. Next time I go up, I might take more pics of all the different rooms.

Oh those kids are darling! =) I have to agree with Kell that does look like an orb with some slight motion. Young children can not only see and hear more then we but spirit are around them regularly. Sylvia Browne has often commented that some of the orb pics taken are angelic and or spirit guides, particularly those around children. I also see the shadow area that Kell has pointed out, that is interesting. In may well be only shadow due to lighting however given the orb, no shadow in the first and the comment your son does talk to people you can't see I would not simply jump to a conclusion it's just lighting. Try and see if you can re-recreate the pic, take one of any object or person in the same place, same light, same angle and see if there are shadows. Doing that sometimes helps me with my pictures.

Interesting pic! I've heard what sounds like a baby crying in our apartment when the kids aren't home, and have heard the kids jabbering as if talking to someone (or something) but haven't managed to catch the ghostly culprit just yet...

First of all, those children are adorable. It looks like a moving orb to me. I noticed the shadow also, and it's not unlike a couple of unexplainable shadows which are in pics I took with a digital cam in a cemetery at night. To me, with the orb being in one pic and the shadow being in the other one, I don't see why it couldn't be a possible spirit. If you only had one or the other, it'd be different. Kinda strange that you would get two different "anomalies" like that with the same cam, taken so close in time to each other. Has there been any kind of paranormal activity there that you know of? I keep an open-mind and while it may be the throw away cam...it may not be. Thank you so much for sharing.

Yes we have heard voices, that sound like one another, like they play tricks on us. We hear someone rattle a plate or two and no one is home but us. We just look at each other and shrug, also my 2 yr old son always talks to someone who isn't there. Out of no where he'll say Hello - "Hewoe" and then ok, he'll run get a toy and play and talk with whomever is there. I think he says ok, like their askin him to play or do something. Never hurt any of us, and it doesn't happen like everyday. So ya never know. I did think it was strange to get 2 anomilies in 2 pics back to back, that's why I felt I had to post 'em.

Does sound like you may have a visitor. Young children can often see what we can't. Doesn't sound like it's anything to worry about though. As Pate mentioned it may be a spirit, perhaps someone watching over you guys who likes to play with your son? A loved one perhaps? We shared our previous home with an unseen visitor. We believe it was a previous owner that decided to stick around based on research. However after my experiences with this home I feel we likely had spirit visitors as well responsible for some activity. My son was also 2 when he would talk to someone I couldn't see. One time he was playing on the floor next to me with his little cars and out of the blue giggled and said don't tickle me (in a 2yr old way). When I asked him who was tickling him he replied the man is? With all the activity that happened there I knew it was not just his imagination. Wish I knew then what I know now as I would have taken rolls of film in that place.

Like Pate I too like to keep an open mind. Having read tips by published PN investigators and with some personal experience, I know one must also consider other factors not just the pic itself. Atmosphere, weather, lighting etc. is important info as is knowing if other activity occurs at the location of the pic and certainly while the pic was being taken. I have also read in more than one published work that throw away cameras are not the best to use but you can obtain an anomoly with one. Keep a camera handy and the next time your son seems to be playing with someone or you hear odd noises take some pics. Others have mentioned asking the spirit/ghost if you can take their picture, I've tried it and it does work.

I think it's my hubby's grandma. She passed in 1999 and my son was born until 2002. Maybe she stuck around to play with him, lol. There has been times that he has yelled "Don't sing it" (in that 2 yr old way) right outta the blue. Kinda funny, or when he's drifting asleep he will just calmly and softly say Night Night! I know he's not talking to us or he'd yell it so we could hear him. You have to be by the door to hear him say it. Sometimes he'll say bye bye to someone not there right before we leave. Very cute though. Don't know who it may be, house is very old, started out as a 2 room house, with no indoor plumbing. My hubby's grandma lived there and grew up there. I do know that My mom-in-law's grandpa died in house, so did her dad (hubby's grandpa), so could be one of them??? Who knows. But my son does like to play with them, and whoever it is he doesn't like their singing that's for sure, lmao. Maybe I'll ask if I can take their pic and see what comes up, my mom has a digi cam I might borrow, it's a Kodak EasyShare CX4300. It's nice, has zoom, and cool stuff if the lighting is bad. Might work out perfect, plus I do have a micro recorder for voices. Maybe I can try to catch an EVP. Gotta figure out how to get it on the pc if I find anything recorded.

Is it just me or did anyone else notice that the picture was taken right beside a MIRROR? That could have caused the orb, easily! Reflections hitting just right, from certain angles can create orb shaped light reflections, and this can also explain why it is in the 2nd and not the 1st photo. Notice the shot it taken from a different standpoint. Oh well, that's what I am here for, to offer a natural explanation when I see one!

Okay, I must apologise, after taking a second look I see that this may not be a mirror afterall. I see that the floor has crpeting, and where I thought was a mirror shows hard wood floors, I am sorry for that one. What made me believe that there was a mirror there was the spot of light reflection on the wall to the right in photo 1. What caused that bright reflective area, I am not sure, but whatever it is, it is likely the same cause of your orb.

I don't believe that the orb I took is a reflection from light or any other such thing! There is no way it could be. The reflection of the light is on the complete other side. Please look again! Thanks for comments though, don't mind the feedback!

I've looked at these pics up close, cropped the "orb," etc... There is no mirror in the pics. Not sure if that's a hardwood floor or furniture (on the right.) Either way, I know a reflection could be cast from the wood. I see that the pics are taken from a very "slightly" different angle, but mainly I see that the 2 children on the right have shifted their positions from looking at the camera to looking at the child on the left. There is a larger fainter (almost clear) orb above that one which is difficult to see here...that one is probably a dustie. I would not completely dismiss this orb as simply a reflection. It seems to have a little more substance to it (almost milky) than a reflection has. It also appears to have slight movement, when the rest of the picture is clear. It could be dust (dust does move,) or a reflection, or a spirit orb. I don't think anyone can say "positively" one way or the other. It would be great, Brauvura, if you could take more pics there sometime with another type of cam. Here are the pics, and the cropped "orb" so everyone can see them grouped together. Thank you for sharing these, Brauvura.

Thanks all for the info. I plan another visit up there once all this crappy weather goes away. I will take my Kodak Digi cam with me this time. I will try to get something while I am up! Hopefully it doesn't make a liar outta me, lol! Thanks again!
