That is just amazing, Pate! I had chills reading it. I agree, Glynis isn't earthbound, she's visiting to let her friends and family know that she is still around and thinking of them. What a wonderful gift!

All I can say is Wow! That is such an awesome story Pate. I agree too that I don't think Glynis is earthbound, but visiting when she can. I think it's amazing that she has been able to give you such wonderful proof of the fact that there is life after death. That is truly a gift to cherish.

Great story Pate! It proves that life, friendship and love truly do transcend death. We should all be so lucky to have a friend like that.

Glynis seems to have/had a strong will, to contact you not once, but several times over the past few months. That's amazing. Hopefully she'll continue to drop by for you once in a while. Now you know that one day, you will see her again.

That is a wonderful story Pate, I can only imagine how her Mom, her family and you must be feeling right now. It does seem that you were given the sign you have been waiting for. What a great gift Glynis is giving to all of you during her visits. I have always believed that life does go on after death and that we maintain who we are here when we cross to the other side. Thanks Yall for taking the time to read my "novel." I'm going to see her mom this weekend to take her the recording of her "living" voice. I put it on a mini cd, with nothing else on there. I'm going to give her another cd that has the EVPs on there, so when she is ready to hear them, she will have them. You think that's a good idea? I figured since I've told her about them and she's open to it, she won't have to call me to get them. (I feel like that old dude in White Noise.)

That is such an awesome story, Pate! I got chills reading about the call to her mother. I'd say she is indeed a strong spirit to be able to make contact like this so often and on so many levels.

As for bringing the EVPs to her mom, you could keep them in the car and if things seem right when you visit with her, you could tell her you have them with you and can have them now to listen to them when she's ready. You know her best; I'd just take things slowly if that's what it takes. (Meaning, she may feel odd having the EVPs on hand and not being ready to listen to them.) Hope that made sense!
