I know this sounds strange (what doesn't on our board?) but for some reason unknown to me the word 'Yanniqaqi' was transmitted to me.
It wasn't in a dream that I can remember. It wasn't spoken to me. It was mentally told to me. Without words. Just mindspeach.
Immediately I knew it was something I am supposed to remember. While still asleep I knew I had to remember it and yet I could tell I was forgetting it as my sleep went on. As I knew I was forgetting it the word appeared on a grey background to emphasize the word and help me remember it.

Does anyone recognize this word? I haven't a clue.
This happens to me once in a great while. I 'receive' a word that I don't know what it means.

No ideas on what the word means, Nakis, but I've had this happen before. A few years ago, I was sleeping and suddenly sat up in bed saying a word that I did not recognize and definitely wasn't English or any other language I would recognize. For the life of me, I can't remember it now!

Anyway, I'm glad someone else does this too! Hubby is a bit of a language buff, I'll ask him if he recognizes anything about it.

Nakis,

The word looks and sounds Native American to me, but I wouldn't know what tribe. I Googled it, as you have it written, but got nothing. We have a Navajo to English dictionary around here somewhere... I'll see if I can find it.

Okay, so the word was spoken AND showed itself (in written form) to you, right? I'm wodering if there were any kind of accent marks regarding the text?

Yeah, I googled it too. So far I have Yanniq is a French/Moor name.

There is an accent on the Y. For some reason I want to pronounce the Y like yuh. Like yuhanneekakee. Though I didn't hear it that way since it was given in that unified form of communication through the spirit/mind.

I've gotten so many words and sayings it's unreal.
I knew the prayer Om Namaha Shivaya since I was small. I heard it in my head so many times. Yet I was raised Roman Catholic and anything not Roman Catholic was sacrelige. I know no one told it to me or I was exposed to it in any form that would have made such an impression on me. Or the fact that saying it brings balance and peace.
I digress.

I have received words, phrases, and the like which have connected me to messages in waking life. But this one is a stretch. I'll keep searching though.

Let me know if you find anything Kell. Thanks.

Thanks Carrie.

I have a guide who is this tall American Indian dressed in jeans and a flannel shirt(good guy, he gives off an earth brown color). Maybe he is trying to get 'the deaf man' (me) a message.
