I was watching Good Morning America, this morning, and they had a guest on there that has written a book which really caught my interest. Her name is, Cheryl Richardson, and the book is entitled,
The Unmistakable Touch of Grace. As I understand it, she talks about people, who come into our lives and change them. She calls these people, "Spiritual Change Agents." They profiled a woman today, who lost her sister many years ago in a train accident in Germany. The woman had never been able to get past the grief. Then, she and her husband took a recent trip to Germany, and "by chance," she met the man who just happened to be the one to pick her sister up and try and help her. The woman stated that talking to this man, and knowing her sister was comforted in the last minutes of her life, had given her such an inner peace. Also, the fact that this man had been "brought" to her, re-affirmed that everything was going to okay, and there is a greater power looking over us.
That was one example, and Cheryl Richardson will be on again tomorrow morning. She talks about how even people we have bad relationships with, can be spiritual change agents, as they push us in a direction we need to go in. She was saying that people we happen to meet, or things that a lot of us consider as "coincidence" really isn't. I'm going to buy the book and read it, and thought some of you might be interested in it also. Here's a link to Good Morning America with an excerpt from her book:
