Well at first I passed it off as forgetfulness, but it has happened too often. I lose my keys, search frantically and lo- find them in plain sight, usually in an area I had frantically searched several times before. I have come to believe it just my be on prankster on the Other Side, my daughter Shawnee.

My proof came when I lost my keys at work. Even my two lab assistants were helping me look. My lab assistants saw me completely empty my brief case, turn it upside down and shake it - no keys.
I kiddingly said, "Now Shawnee, knock it off!"
Not five minutes later, the keys were found, laying neatly on top of my briefcase. I thought my poor student workers were going to faint right there and then.

Even stranger, when I mentioned this to my sister-in-law, she gasped and said Shawnee was doing the same thing to her but she was afriad to say anything to me.

That's my girl, she always enjoyed being a trickster!

It's funny how personalities can be retained after passing. My father is the finder of lost things. If anything is missing, we just have to ask Dad and there it is!

How wonderful for you that she is still playful and lets you know she is still with you!

[Laughing] Yup, that happens! I once had a case of dissappearing/reappearing doggie poopy bags. [Laughing] Isn't it nice though to know that they're still around to play tricks on you.
