Wow, I have so many experiences I don't know where to begin.. I have had ghostly encounters from a very young age. My family and I lived in this old house and we always had weird experiences. I was about 14 and Im 29 now. But I remember waking up in the middle of the night and seeing this figure next to my bed. It was darker than the night and was kinda shifting looking at me. It had no face and was all black. My mother told me she saw the same thing. She thought the neighbor had broke in and all. But my dad saw it too. There were other sighting's in the house. My sister went on a field trip that year and it was a walking trip. They walked by our home and one of her classmates mentioned that was my sis's house. This is the weird part. He asked her if she see's things in the house and she said yeah.. He told her not to be afraid and that where we lived use to be a graveyard back in the civil war times.. but Ever since I lived in that house I have had crazy unexplainable experiences. It sounds so Poltergeist with the house on the graveyard but it was true. There were concrete walks in the yard... and other things. The funny thing was I use to dream I lived in a grave yard and when I walked out on my porch I'd see grave stones by the steps and there was this mausoleum.. And when I went in it...there was and old man and a coffin on two saw horse type things.. that dream was scary and then I found that out. I think I am kinda pyschic with my dreams. But that was one of the many experiences. Ill tell you guys a lot more...

It sounds like you lived in a really neat house. It's nice when it's not only you that see's things. Since you weren't able to see your visitors face maybe he/she was shy.

So you weren't afraid of the dream once you learned the history of the house?
