Ive had a wierd dream since i was a little girl. There is a shadow of a man and woman outside my window. They dont say anything, ( in my very first dream of them, they called my name) but never have since. my Dad looked thru the entire house but couldnt find anything or anyone. Ive even had the dream when im out of town. They are just there staring at me. I've read about shadow people, is this them. They make me feel scared.

I haven't have any experience with shadow people so maybe someone else will have advice for you on that aspect of the dream. I do think that since you've had this dream most of your life that you should consider non-paranormal possibilities as well as the shadow people theory. It is possible that this is an image you saw sometime as a child, that you just don't remember now, but has continued as a general anxiety/nightmare type symbol.

Sorry, this is going to be quick and short. I just hit the wrong button and erased a few paragraphs. Not happy with myself for that.
It may be paranormal in nature but I believe it is the expression of a scare you recieved as a child. It sounds like you were visited by a couple whom you perceived as a threat to your safety. I keep thinking you thought they were going to take you away. You may have been visited by some relatives who passed on and just wanted to stop in to see you.
In the quiet times revisit this dream. Tell yourself you are allowed to experience this dream and find out where it comes from. In the quiet times we can relax and focus on these kind of things and let them unfold. Give it time. Allow yourself plenty of time to look at it. You may not be ready to learn why you have the dream.
