What are you goofy, hokey and cheesy favorite movies? The movies that are so dorky that you gotta love them. I have two favorites that fit all three categories:

Clash of the Titans- I love the little mechanical owl! Bad acting, bad special effects, and really thin story line. The mythical creatures are so cheesy that they're terrific. Hokey or not, this movie has some really big names in it. Between Maggie Smith and the little owl-and his little crutch at the end- I love this movie.

Strange Brew- The cheesiest of cheesy! Oddly enough I first saw this movie in high school. We were supposed to be watching something incredibly boring in English class and switched it with Strange Brew. A true classic about two brothers who do nothing but drink beer and get involved in a really cheesy plot to take over the world- or something like it.

In the Goofy category I have to mention one of my all time favorites:

Spaced Invaders- It's hilarious, goofy jokes galore, the goofiest being the alien pee making the crops grow huge! I have to watch this one every Halloween.

I like your choices Renee. (except strange brew, never saw it. ? ).

I'd like to add Flash Gordon. The soundtrack is too cool.

I really love watching 'Spinal Tap'!! Can be goofy or hokey. It's just way to funny! 'Scarface' w/ Al Pacino I would call cheesey. (hehe) Definitly an underground classic.
