Hi all!
Anyone remember me? LOL
Life is finally starting to settle down some, I said some! Still, anything and everything happens in my life. Sometimes I wonder if its just that I am so aware of things? Take today, a man walked out of Wal-Mart with a stereo he stole in a cart. The door greeter (in a wheelchair) was after him and I began to take off after him and Curt pulled me back? Probably wouldn't have caught him, but he did ditch the cart and ran like the dickens!
I have been back to work for 6 months now. Lately my fybro has kicked wayyyyy up again and its made it difficult if not miserable most days. But I am hanging in there.
My sons Billy and Bobby are both doing real good healthwise. Meds have everything under control =) . My grandkids are my light. Whenever I feel down I get that phone call =) that brightens my day.
My stepgrandaughter, Savannah had heart/lung transplant surgery on 4/14 in Pittsburgh. Savannah has been part of our family for almost 2 years now. She is Gabby's sister! Savannah is doing extremely well. So far, nothing has happened the doctors don't say isn't a common thing. They did put in a feeding tube last week, she hadn't lost weight but wasn't gaining either. We can blame Grandpa Curt who has her hooked on croutons and low fat Italian dressing, its all she wants to eat! She will have to stay in Pittsburgh another 2-3 months, even though they may release her in about another month. Savannah needs to be near her surgeons. Savannah is 4 years old and she did have cystic fybrosis, she now has a full life ahead of her and we are all so grateful to the donors family and also feel great sorrow for their loss. We hope oneday to meet them and say all this in person. In their sorrow they gave a little girl life. I really can't put into words how we all feel. Its extreme.
I hope to get around here more often. Really things have been better going back to work, even if its painful! LOL I feel more among the living. Being in the house almost two years does funny things to you!
We still have our houseguests! And yes they still like to pick on poor Curt LOL! Silly things, missing keys..........anything poor Curt is looking for sometimes?
We have an paranormal investigation group just starting in Ohio. I am excited about it!
Hope all of you are doing well. LOL I actually had time to post and not just "Lurk!"
Hugs to all and have a wonderful holiday weekend!
