I have always been interested in ghost hunting, but never took pictures to the extent that I did this past weekend in Gettysburg. I am unsure if the orbs I captured are authentic or not, as well as the light hovering over the bed. Input is very well appreciated!

I took them and lightened them up. I like the green orb, that looks pretty good to me. The light above the bed looks like a reflection though. A couple of the other orbs look pretty neat too. But my favorite is the big green orb.

The first pic- there's light coming form the side, making it difficult to rule out dust or insects- but the orb at the bottom right is interesting, I don't know what would have caused that, it doesn't look, to me, to be close enough to the light source to be that bright.

The second pic- It looks kind of like the moon. What were you taking pictures of? I like the color of it. I like this one the best too.

The third- this looks like reflection to me as well.

The fourth-It looks like it would be pretty hard to rule out dust. Where were your at?

In the first pic, I am unsure what that light source is. It could be one of my headlights because I took that through the car window, but the angle seems off.
The second one does look like the moon but its not. I was taking pictures of the Wheatfield and most of the picture is actually of the ground.
I was unsure about the third too because I have pictures that preceded that from the same angle that did not show that. My friend says it could be a reflection of the lanterns, but they were not a light source.
In the fourth picture I was behind Devil's Den at a fort the soldiers built. Very creepy.

I have a question about the third one. It seems as though the light over the bed may be a reflection. What is on the left of the picture? It seems as though there is something that may have moved while you took the picture.

I have two other pictures that were in the same basement with the same light looking image. One of the pictures was taken in the dark and the other was taken in a different part of the room. There is a light in the painting on the left and a small one above the bed on the left.

I agree with Renee it's difficult to rule out bugs, dust in the first pic and dust in the fourth one. I also agree the third pic does look a reflection of some sort. Even it the lanterns were not a light source light can reflect off of them or something else in the room. I like the second one best as well, it's to big for a bug (in my opinion) and it has an interesting color to it. Thanks for sharing these with us, neat pics. =)
