(I wrote some of my experiences out, can't remeber if I shared this one yet.. Sorry If I have reposted...)
This happened in Portage La Praire, Manitoba, about 7 years ago:
My sister had moved to an apartment, and had asked me to spend the night after she had moved in and settled. Which I did so, because we are quite close, and I enjoyed being able to talk to her, and visit my neice. On this particular day, I felt wierd in her house. It is hard to explain, it was like I was being watched, and not wanted there. As the day progressed I kept catching glances of movement from the corner of my eye. It stared off as just small "shadows" but that soon changed as the day progressed. As night came I began to see more and more movement, and shadows. They were getting bigger too, almost more bold. I was seeing them more and more, bigger and bigger. At first I tried so hard to ignore them, I wanted to dismiss them as nothing, but after a while I couldn't. I finally, told my sister that I was going to have a bath, and then get ready for bed... She told me that she would put my niece to bed while I was bathing. I guess I thought that if I got out of the living room, maybe it would get better. There was no corners to peek around, or shelves to hid behind in the bathroom. After my bath I came in to the kitchen, and something felt so wrong. I noticed that my sister was not out of her bedroom and I felt worried. I opened the door to her room, and all of a sudden I heard my sister, she was in trouble. I could tell she was trying to talk, but couldn't, then she was up... She rushed out of the room, she was crying... I went in and grabbed my niece. After a few minutes, she calmed down and told me what happened. She said that she couldn't move and her legs were elevated in the air, and that there was a huge eye, looking at her from above. She then said that when I entered the room, there was a very bright light surrounding me, and it all came to an end as I entered. My sister told me to call my Mom and our Aunty, because they are "gifted" people. They immediately got a Medicine man to come to the house, and he told my sister that she could not stay in the house, for there were many angry spirits, in the house. We moved her out that night. I asked the medicine man, if there was many different sized ones, and he said yes, and then I told him that I had "seen" them all night, but they stayed hidden from me, just watching me....I cannot explain why, they stayed away from me, or why I was surrounded by a bright light, I was just very happy that nothing happened to my sister or my neice.
After she moved out of that apartment, we drove by it a few times, and it was odd, because it always gave us a terrible unwanted feeling.

Hi Green witch... You know sometimes when I read my experiences I find them so hard to believe that it really happened, and I'm not crazy....
Anyway, we did hear rumors that one of my sisters previous boyfriends was using Indian Medicine on her. Bad medicine obviously. We talked about it, and we kinda think that he was "watching her". Thus the eye above her. The spirit thingies that I saw. I have no clue why they stayed away from me. The medicine man told my sister not to go back to her house, because they were bad spirits. He spoke to them, and he didn't say much else to us. Just that they were not leaving the house....

We don't think you're crazy. I don't. Yeah, reading them does make them sound unreal. Like they belong to someone else.

To look at the positive side, each encounter you have with negative spririts like this teaches you and gives you experience. Invaluable experience.
I'm glad your sister was able to move readily. Sometimes finances keep us in places we rather not stay in.

Thanks Nakis... I have to admit, she was very lucky to be able to just leave. Our Mom lived only 45 minutes away, so we were gone that night. We only came back and threw her stuff into boxes and bags and we were gone, never to return. Thankfully. I wouldn't want to know what could of happened...
Yikes I would have moved out as quickly as your sister did, I'm glad she was able to do so. As Nakis said we don't think your crazy. =) I know what you mean when you read back over something you have written about and it seems to be unreal, like something out of a movie or book. I think that is fairly common with the paranormal, afterall there is nothing normal about PN activity, it often feels unreal at the time so it makes sense it would feel unreal when you write about it. I agree with Nakis even with awful experiences like this was we do learn something from them.
Do you ever surround yourself with white light or say prayers of protection etc? Even if you didn't that day but have in past that may be why your sister noted the white light surrounding you, I believe it stays with us? It's always good to envision protective white light around you when you experience negative energy like you did. I wonder what happened in that apartment or area that negative spirits/entities still remain there? Do you know any history about the place? I'm familiar with PLP (been there a few times). If memory serves me I recall reading or hearing about a couple of other haunted locales in the PLP area. I hope that ex of your sisters is still not trying to use 'bad medicine' on her? I believe what goes around comes around and that any negative you put out there comes back at you ten fold so if he was trying to use it I'll bet it's rebounded right back at him.

Hi Cat! Yes I do surround myself with white light.(Probably not as often as I should) I was told to do so by a wonderful psychic in Calgary. Anyway, I am not to sure about that place anymore. We moved back to Saskatchewan shortly after that incident. My sister was still having problems with her ex-boyfriend so me, her and my neice left to SK. After that she only had one more "visit" and she said that something sat on the edge of her bed. She felt it sit next to her, and she just said "leave me alone" and it did. As far as I know she hasn't been bothered since. The medicine man also helped her as well. We drove through Portage this month, and I always look towards the direction of that house... I'm always wondering, if their still there.
