The Discovery is back home 
It landed at 5:11am this morning at Edwards Airforce base. Congratulations to the astronauts, their families and all the people who worked so hard to make this happen.
I heard on the new's that this is the 50th landing at Edwards! I was fortunate the last time there was a landing at Edwards to hear the double sonic booms and get to the tv in time to see it land live. Well, I missed the sonic booms this time but it hardly matters because I'm so thrilled that it landed safely, and so nearby.
