I recently visited that abandoned hospital that OKCGC investigates and has many web cams monitoring. I must tell you that there was an area of the building (outside...couldn't go in) that I was very attracted to. It around the corner where it was real dark. My nephew and his mom would back away from that spot, but I had a very strong desire to go toward it. I didn't dare because the ghost hunters were there that night and they have permission to be there whereas, we did not. I am going to have to go back. They really try hard to keep that location secrect, but when you live in OKC, there are ways to find out! I'll have to get some pictures from my nephew's wife of the hospital and post some of them for you.

My neice-in-law emailed me a couple of the photos from the hospital and the first one I am attaching shows a blue streak in the upper right hand corner. This is the area of the building I was attracted to and the one where she and my nephew wanted to avoid. I can't really tell, but there seems to be something at the very bottom right of the picture on the left side of the tree...an circle that is not the same color as the rest of the tree. The other one doesn't show anything abnormal but it's cool! Oh, what is strange is that when she sent me the email, she told me that most of the pictures she had are totally black now. There were only 3 that she could even see anything on. What she sent me, I had to lighten in order to see it better. That's strange because I remember looking at those pictures on her computer when she downloaded them.

I used a different photo editor in order to make the picture with the anomolies in it clearer. The orange circle by the tree looks quite a bit better.

I thought I would post links to the original, untouched photos. They are extremely dark. The darkness is just weird...they weren't like that when she took them. You can still see the blue anomaly though.

Hi Renee, I haven't seen any actual pictures of the hospital on their website other than the inside. They are real secretive about this building. If my mother hadn't lived in that town, I probably wouldn't have known where it was. My grandfather was in that hospital when it was operational. But, with a little searching I did find this site[/URL] that says this about the hospital:
"Guthrie - Logan County Memorial Hospital - The abandoned Hospital is haunted. An apparition has been seen in third-floor windows. A general, very strong feeling of fear, doom and terror is present at the hospital, and becomes incredibly strong when photographs are taken.

We actually walk around the hospital, but don't go up to the building itself. I can't wait to go back.

Also on that link, read about Guthrie - Masonic Boys Home. We went by there too and took some pictures. I don't have a camera (lost it a year ago or so at Disney on Ice!) so my neice was taking the photos. They are really cool looking because it was raining at the time and you know how rain looks on a dark night when a flash goes off on a digital camera! The place looked open to me though. It probably isn't an orphanage anymore though. I sent her an email to see if she knows anymore about it.
