I was actually just singing up too XD

I was to the part where you mention your interests when I saw something to the corner of my eye. You know when you turn your head fast you bllink? Well I blinked and it was gone. From what I saw it was a yellow orb type thing hovering under my light. Then I felt a big pressure in my chest and it got really hot. Afterwards I had a sore throat too. I probably should have stayed to see what would happen since it wasn't an evil pressence, just confused. But it freaked me out too much. So I ran out of my room and was good. For the nest couple days there was a pressence in there and I avoided it. Then my friend who has been seeing ghosts, auras, and even had physical contact a couple time with them since she was young told me to say, "May only white light enter this room." After I said it, the pressence left, it felt like a mist. Though I didn;t see it. Now we don't have anything like that anymore besiddes the random shadow or light flash out of the corner of our eyes.

So ya

btw this is Kris

Hi Kris,

Glad you decided to post more about this on the board (saw your tag a cpl days ago). Welcome to SK. =)

Not sure what you mean by you were singing up too XD? I'm guessing you meant signing and not singing but I still don't know what XD means? lol
By saying I was up to the part where you mention your interests are you referring to something here on the board?

I'm guessing the room you are talking about is your bedroom (I think you noted that on the tag). Seeing things out of the corner of your eye is quite common. Sometimes it may just be due to our eyes (like those little black things you can see in front of your eyes sometimes) but other times you know something was there, you see what it is yet not detailed enough to know for sure what it was. I've had that happen many times.

Feeling a sort of pressure in the chest is a fairly common sensation to get when you sense an energy however can't say I've heard of anyone getting a sore throat afterwards and only a cpl times have I read a hot feeling was felt. First thought is maybe you were feeling the beginnings of cold or something? It's always good to try and rule out explainable causes before concluding possible paranmormal. Anything in the room that could have created a reflection of some sort? Perhaps a car light through the window that reflected off of an object in the room or even the moon light (or sun if this was during the day) etc?

Is this the first time you've noted anything like that? Have you or anyone in your family experienced any sort of activity in your home? Have you tried taking pictures? If you do be sure to take two pics from exactly the same position, angle etc each time you take one so if you happen to get anything unusual in one you have another picture to compare it to. Be aware of reflective surfaces that may cause glare in your picture. =)

wow so many questions! lol

XD is a smilie it's laughing see! And yes I did mean signing lol

don't ahve a cold now. So I don't know, could have been just not related tho. I couldn't have reflected anywhere since my blinds were shut and there was nothing to reflect. Also, my window faces the backyard. I thought we may have a ghost when we moved in, about 2 months ago, but usually I can't trust the gut feelings until they happen. Fate is mean that way, let's us know the future but won't let us act on it lol. Though I didn't think it would actually go anywhere. My grandfather was a true blue psychic. Could know if someone had stopped by, name, even what they were wearing without even seeing them. My dad once woke up around 4am for no reason some 15 yrs ago and thought nothing of it. Then he later found out that day that his grandfather had died around 4am that morning. Then my mom says that the ghost ot whatever we'll call it is probably my great-great-great grandmother. Though I think we're getting a little crazy with that. PLus it felt confused. And it didn't so much as scare me as freak me out. My mom mentioned that she's seen things to the corner of her eye too. We haven't taken many pictures. We took some of the house before we moved in and it was fine, and the few we've taken since then are too. But I guess ya never know. Plus, I think I scared, I think it's a he, him off. I've named him Tom lol. If it's a girl, oh well. If it's neither, er, well, then there ya go lol. Because I don't think he meant to scare me. oh well tho. It was still my first encouter like that. In the past I've felt pressences in old houses and heard footsteps going up the stairs of my friend's house, but nothing one on one with me.

wow that was alot of typing lol

Sorry for all the questions but when your dealing with paranormal (rather 'possibly' paranormal) it's important to have any and all details available of any activity and/or experiences noted. Keep in mind others can only provide an opinion based on the information given, because it's important to remain objective (not just jump to a pn conclusion) questions will be asked while trying to help determine what this was. =)

Whenever I've experienced something unusual the first thing I do is try and determine what may have caused it. For example a light flickering may be due to faulty wiring, a loose electrical connection or even a bulb not fully screwed in.

Don't worry about a post being lengthy as it's not always easy to describe things and I know I would rather have someone give extra details vs not enough. It's the same with looking at pics, having a pic posted with details ie; where it was taken, the weather conditions (if outside), who was there, any other activity noted, camera settings, flash no flash etc etc makes it easier to provide an opinion vs a pic with little or no details. Now this reply is getting lengthy [Laughing] but just trying to help you out. =)

Ok even though the blinds may eliminate a light from the outside still consider reflective surfaces within the room. A white computer screen can even provide just enough light to cause a wee reflection off something close by it. I had that happen once, turned out to be the glass of water I had sitting next to me it was still close enough to the monitor that when the screen turned white on googling (was looking at darker screen) I caught the reflection of the light in the glass in the corner of my eye. LOL Don't get me wrong I'm not saying this wasn't something possibly PN in nature, again just suggesting you try to consider ALL plausible causes first.

Feelings we get sometimes can make us feel uneasy, but keep in mind the vast majority of times this is not a negative energy but more likely a spirit visitor (a loved one) and they certainly don't mean to scare us. Even with hauntings, the activity noted is not always due to the ghost trying to scare someone, often it's simply the ghost trying to get our attention. No matter what the intention is though it's the unknown factor that usually scares us. You can always try asking whoever is there to leave that this is your home not theirs, or if you believe it to be a loved one visiting just let them know you would prefer they not do anything that might scare you, you'd rather they gave you a little sign so you know it's them. Hope all this has helped some, I'm also hoping some others here will have an opinion or some advice they can give you. Let us know if anything further happens. =)
