I'm not a big NFL fan but my hubby certainly is. He watches all the time reads the stats etc. He thinks the Steelers will take it as well. He's not overly partial to who he wants to win but if has to pick one it's the steeler for the way they have played. It seems the Steelers are the favorites, least that's the impression I get, so I'm going to have to pick the underdogs instead, always like a good upset. Wanna bet a bag of popcorn with a myster prize at the bottom? ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)
Forgot to add, the part I'm looking forward to most for superbowl 40 is the half time show. Bring on a little "Sympathy for the Devil"!!! :banana:

Wow, Ghostdancer... I wish you'd have asked about this during the Divisional Playoffs! LOL (Err, maybe you did!? lol)
I say that because, an aquaintance of mine --who is REALLY into football, and had recently found out about my psychic abilities, asked me what I thought about the SB and playoffs leading up to the SB. Okay... I've not done sports before, but I was willing to give it a go. Good practice.![[Wink]](wink.gif)
First, let me say, I do not follow FB -at all-! I'm lucky if I see 5 or so minutes of a game or two that my Dad has tuned in to watch during the season.![[Laughing]](graemlins/lol.gif)
At any rate, I do not follow football period.
My (IM) friend first wanted to know if I could figure out which 8 teams would be in the divisinonal playoffs. I delivered those team names to him via 'team colors' that I "saw"; and hence the correct teams were named. Woo! Of those 8 teams; after he told me who would be playing who, I gave him the names of the team winners/predictions (in bold):
SAT: Seahawks vs Redskins -- Patriots vs Bronco
SUN: Colts vs Steelers - (Win is by 3 pts.) -- Panthers vs Bears
Ta da! I were right! =P
I then tried to hone in on who the SB winner would be (although I knew all along that the Steelers & Seahawks would be in the SB ). All along I felt the Steelers were "strong" for the SB, but I could also feel the Seahawks making a great presence at the SB. But alas, it was the Steelers. It doesn't really surprise me though, since I 'saw' their team colors *so* often and felt so strongly about them in the SB.
So, woo-woo on me for getting it almost 100%.
