The strangest thing about my home, is that during are closing to purchase the house the lady that was moving out, told me twice that she had the house blessed. I didnt think twice about it till later.

About 2-3 months, after moving in my son's then 8-9 yrs old would tell me there step father would go upstairs and stand there and watch them. (At night) I had told them many times that there was no way possible that he would and or could'nt without my seeing him go upstairs. This was on going. We moved in the home 2 days before Halloween 1992.. still here too.

Spring 1993, with starting yard work and spending more time outside, was a time we started meeting the neighbor's. One neighbor made a statement to me and my husband, "Did you meet your ghost yet"..
Thrown back by the statement. What do you mean?
They tell my husband and I that, "There was a young guy "Just a visitor" that was there and committed susicide in that house. The rest of the neighbor remembered this as well.. They didnt know or remember the guys name. All they remembered, was he got into a arguement with the girl in the house.

Well the people that sold us the home had two children also a girl and a boy.. They said the girl was always being bothered, with something in here room. The boy somewhat!
That's why they had their preist blessed the home.
and once again when they put the house on the market.

With this being known.. and me being a stay at home mom and housewife, kept hearing strange noises and just chalked it up as the neighborhood being built up around us. Another strange thing was the dog's would never venture upstairs. Now every year we get this man's silhouette in the upstairs window. You know that moisture builds up on the windows .. this one window year after year takes the shape of a man.. I did take a photo of it and my husband cleans this window yearly and it comes back year after year.

When my children was still home.. when we were here they always act like they were about to kill each other and when we would take them anywhere they were best friends.. it's really hard to explain alot of things on a message board.

Sorry it's so lengthy.. but Im going to try and post a photo. If the picture post.. please look at the shape of the moisture and the look at the top of the man's head at 1:00 to me it looks like someone was looking out the window. It could be Matrixing.. but I think it's a little strange.

That's quite a history of you home! I can see what you are talking about in the photo. Great photo! And very freaky. But it doesn't sound that your ghost is a malicious one if you have been able to tolerate him this long. What are you thoughts about it? Do you want it gone? Are you trying to help him to the other side?

HH, do you have a larger photo of the window, and we could set it up so that people could at least click on the little one, and see the larger one? Or, we could feature your story and picture on our Spiritkeep website? This is quite a story. It sounds like there is definitely something there, when so many people have told you about it, and you have noticed various odd occurrances since you have lived there.
Have you ever tried smudging the house to clear it of negative spirits? This is a Native American way of getting rid of the bad spirits and attracting possitive ones into your living space. If you have never experienced this, you might want to try it. You will be amazed at the wonderful feeling this gives to the atmosphere of your home. Smudging is done with sage, cedar and sweetgrass, among other herbs, depending on tribe and their traditions. If you would like to know more about this, I can direct you to some additional information, and you actually could smudge your house yourself. (I smudge my house, and it makes a definite difference in just the way it "feels". The atmosphere is quite positive. I also just burn a little sage like an incense, just to freshen the air and lift my spirits.)

Or, there are Native Americans who will come to your home and do a house blessing for you. Some charge a fee, and others may do it for free. Either way, it is well worth investigating as a possible answer to your problem.

Pandora.. I only tolerate the ghost because I stay away from it. I have no reason why I would have to go upstairs anymore. Every once in awhile my female dog will lay and stare into the kitchen and growl for no reason.

There's times I'm in the shower and it feels as if someone steps into the shower with me. I will yell for my husband and the feeling goes away. I cant bring myself to take a shower without my husband home.

Azspirit, I will try and enlarge the photo..I took it with my pentex 35 mil film camera a few years back. Also you have my permission to use anything I write or photo's, I submit to the post.

I did find something else... When I got my first digital camera, it was Christmas 2004. It was a Nikon Coolpix. Anyway, I decided to snape photos of my new woodstove, it was the first year we got to use it. So I thought the flame was pretty or something but I had taken a photo of it. Anyway I was cleaning files out of my computer and found the file that contain my first digital photos.

I freaked badly, when I saw something and had to have a closer look. Please look at the stove photo and see if you, see the man's face.

1. Window again...

That is an interesting story and photos. I may be wrong on this, but by law, if a death occurs in a home, isn't that supposed to be disclosed to the buyers? I vaguely remember something about this, but your home may have been purchased before the law went into effect.

During my late teens/early twenties, my family had a home where a suicide had taken place years before and we experienced all sorts of weird phenomenon. Looking back, I wish I knew some of the things then that I know now. Look into smudging or having your home blessed again. Good luck and keep us updated!

That definitely is an interesting story! The picture of the woodstove is freaky, although I would have to say I think that may be matrixing. But it definitely does look like a face.

It sounds like you have plenty of activity in your home. Have you ever tried to have it investigated? Smudging is something to look into. Especially because you can do it yourself if you'd rather not have someone come into your home to do it. I've never actually smudged my home, although I do burn sage from time to time and can attest to it's calming affect. Definitely keep us updated to any new activity!

The stove photo is freaky alright. I don't know what I would do in your situation. I don't think I could stand to live in a home where I was afraid to take a shower alone! I remember once in a house I was living in, in Georgia, where I was in the shower and had my eyes closed because soap was running into my face. I reached for the towel to wipe off my face and felt a cold hand grab mine! Well I screamed and opened my eyes, soap or not. Nothing was there of course. I finished my shower right then and there. To this day, I try not to close my eyes in the shower. We did not live in that house for long. Just a few months.

Hi Pandora,

Right now I have no choice but to live here. My husband just isnt ready to move.. he said maybe once he's done fixing the house up.
I would die from fright if something cold touched my hand or any part of me. I keep a radio in my bathroom while I take a shower so I cant hear any other noises. Besides me singing and humming.

Trinity, Your probably right about the matrixing.. but it's so strange and weird, that it had to make a shape of a man's face. And to top it off I didn't even realize I had the photo.
Like I was saying a post back.. I was simply learning how to take photo's with it as it's my first digital camera and then learn to upload unto the computer.
I found it in a file, I never knew existed... I do know it was 2004 or beginning of 2005, when it was taken. I also have the original photo thats untouched.. the one I posted has been cropped and lightened, and that's the only thing done to it.

thanks for the replies.. =)
