*warmly* just to let everyone here know, that Starlight is going to be absent for a few days... she's travelling to someones' wedding, and as it's quite aways, she'll only be back Monday... (hopefully!) She thought it only fair to let you all know where she was *smiling* so you wouldn't worry! =)

*sits with his head in his hands and looks wistfully at the door* I'm missing my twin like anything right now... as this will be the longest we've been out of contact with each other, in - literally - years... and I'm already feeling it. *sighs softly*

It's very hard to explain what it feels like, having your spiritual twin not around, to me, it's like... a big part of me is missing, somehow. *gentle smile* I feel it very keenly... I'm not used to this kind of absence, so it's affecting me quite a bit...

*wistful look* I sure could use a friendly hug about now...

Thank you for letting us know Moonlight! I can definitely relate to being away from a loved one. My husband is away this weekend, and honestly, we're hardly ever apart, except of course for work. It does feel as if a part of me is missing. Well, I wish you a wonderful weekend and quick arrival for Monday!

*Pandora lightly slaps Moonlight across the left cheeck and smiles while nodding her head left to right and says* You silly, silly man. Your spiritual twin is always with you now and forever. You know that. And though you miss her immediate responses to your words, her spirit is constantly communicating with you. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, quiet, breathing, do you hear her? No loneliness. She is there. As we are here.

Heat up some tea then, let's have a little party. I'll bring gingersnaps!

How sweet of Starlight to want us to know about her absence, so we won't worry! That is great! We do tend to worry about any of our peeps who are absent for a time without an explanation. Both of you are so very thoughtful!

Ah, Moonlight I think you need a big hug! *hugs Moonlight with all my strength* There! Now, take heed of what Pandora has told you, because this is true. At least, she will not be gone for a really long time, and at least it is for a happy occasion that she is away, and not because of a problem or illness. You will find her in a candle's flame, or maybe even in your dreams. She is there, and thinking of you, just as you are thinking of her. We are here for you, now and after her return. All is well.

So, let's have that party Pandora suggested! I'll bring whole strawberries and chocolate fondue for dipping! =)

Aw, Moonlight... it'll be okay. Thanks for letting us know, that was very nice of you (and Starlight). As Mare said, at least she's away because of a happy occasion vs. illness, etc.

*HUGE warm smile* Firstly, my apologies for letting my feelings get the better of me a little whilst posting that message... and yes, you're all so right, I know she is with me always... *taps heart* right in here =) It's just I wasn't used to her being out of contact... affected me more than I realized, I guess =) I'm feeling much more myself today... still feels like huge chunk of me is missing, but as everyone rightly said, it's for good reasons she's away =)

Oooh... gingersnaps.... and did someone mention... STRAWBERRIES!!!! *drool* I love strawberries... mmm... *licks lips* *dips one in the chocolate* *munches*

*sighs* This is the life... strawberries and chocolate... oh, darnit... found out at least one of my vices already... *giggles*

*adds to the strawberries, a bunch of seedless red grapes, some deep red sweet cherries and yummy chunks of pineapple!*

*makes everyone a big mug of steaming hot tea*

*looks into the candle flame for his Twin, sees her... and grins*

*smiles happily at the kind words of Trinity and Pandora, then at the huge bear hug from Kellkell and the just-as-huge hug from Mare*

*dunking the fruits of everyones choice into chocolate and popping them all into the mouths of the charming women here*

*happy smile* I may still miss my Twins presence... but at least I have the sweetest company to make me smile whilst I'm waiting! *gives you all a huge, appreciative hug* Thank you, and bless you all for caring enough to respond to a simple wistful thought I had! =)

And I wanted to snap you out of your funk and to stop and think that maybe Starlight misses you just as much but at the same time, it would pain her greatly to know that you were feeling sad and lonely.

You know, you have commented on Moonlight and I having a way with words... but the posts in this thread have told me something else...something I already knew... You all have wonderful ways with words too...

The caring and warmth of the descriptions of my presence being in a candle flame...and a part of me always being with Moonlight (as a part of him is always with me) and the deep quiet breathing...

I know this reply doesn't make much sense... but I'm darn tired and wanted to let everyone know that I'm back... made an 11 hour drive last night... started at 7 pm... got back at 6 a.m....and that after a busy day... but it was worth it...
