Hi everyone,

Thought I would post this tid-bit that happened this weekend.
My sister and her family came in for a couple days to celebrate the holiday. My sons also dropped by for a cookout and visit.
My youngest grandson, four, was walking around with his piggy bank. Bobby was showing it off, as he had made it himself and painted it. The piggy was a tiny little turtle. I quarter wouldn't fit in it? LOL
My sister told him that next time she came down, that she would bring him a Kenneday half-dollar! Bobby loves change!
My sister left on Sunday and the grandkids came over to spend the night. Bobby and I were in the living room and he shouted "Grandma! I found a penny!" It looked to me like a quarter (he calls everything pennies) and in fact it is a 1964 Kenneday half-dollar........he found it under my fathers rocker!
The whole family is surprised, nobody knows where it came from. My sons did comment that my Dad always gave them half dollars when they were little. Funny that he found it under their Grandpa's rocker! Even weirder that my sister told him she would bring him one the night before?
Everyone agrees that Great Grandpa thought he must have needed one sooner! LOL
My little Grandson has it stored under his matress for now. But he said Grandma can take it when she goes to see Slvia Browne in a couple weeks.
Well, just a tid-bit that is not only unusual but I found this cute as well.
