Peeks head into dark empty room.
Turns on lights.
Quickly hangs up colored lights, tinsel and ornaments arounds.
Puts a sprig of mistletoe over the door.
Sets up a table with cookies, cakes, cheese, crackers, veggies, chips and dips.
Carefully brings in punch bowl filled with punch and mystery ingredient. Trying not to spill. Slosh, ooops.
Hot chocolate and coffee next.
Hot water and various tea selections.
Now, waiting for the rest to join in the festivities!

Puts on some Christmas music and watches all the lights, and looks over the beautiful things that Pandora has done here.
Tries some of the munchies, just a little... don't want to take more until everyone gets here!!!!
I hear jingle bells in the distance... someone must be sleighriding somewhere near... are they on their way to the party?? I'll bet they are!

Hi Everyone.Rolls in the carts of trays of different types of hot foods, and pizzas and including salads for the party and the plates and utensils etc.Ok there is also special hot foods for those with diabetes etc.Brings in more Christmas Decorations. Starts to bring in comfortable chairs for everyone.Brings in colorfull candles and some extra Xmas lights..Everyone please help themselves to the buffet.

I BROUGHT THE CHRISTMAS TREE!!!!!!!!!!!!Its just a little one but its so pretty isn't it?
I also made a Cherry Trifle, from scratch with Splenda and Peppermint Brownies!
Oh, I love all the decorations everyone!
I hope I didn't overdress, this is the dress my ex-MIL made me. I know its a bit over the top but it looks Christmasy and hey well? Its Christmas right?
I also brought egg nog with just a hint of cherry brandy if hubby ever gets it in here! LOL
Everyone looks so nice tonite.
I am so happy to finally be in a room with my friends!

Did you see the snow on the way here? And they said it wasn't going to be a white Christmas. Gosh, it really is snowing hard now. Are we going to be able to get out of the parking lot?

This is just one terrific party, and it is sooo good to be among so many great friends, including the ghosties that Gremlin mentioned!
It can be surprising how much spirit activity that occurs during the holiday season. We have gotten a number of paranormal photos when our family is gathered for Christmas. I think a lot of the ancestors and others want to be around when the celebration is going on. =)
