Wow, great work mare! You know,...Nakis's post gave me an idea. Don't know if there's a post here already (as its been a while since I've been here) but how about listing a movie that really scared the crap out of someone? For me, the Exorcist really got me! I was so scared to go tosleep at night! I still won't watch that movie today! Great post Nakis.

I would also have to agree with robbert and say The Exorcist was one of the scariest movies I ever saw...maybe because I was just a little kid when I saw it for the first time...but still today it scares the life out of me....

So, what is the scariest movie you ever saw!

The absolute scariest movie I ever saw is one I ran out of when in college. I can't, for the life of me, remember the name of it, and for fear of grossing everyone out, I won't repeat what really got to me about it. That one and Carrie, were both movies that had me shaking and crying and my ex-husband (then boyfriend) held me for a half hour or so before I could calm down.

Second runner up was "Seven". I went to see it because Brad Pitt was in it. Big mistake. For those who haven't seen it, it's about a serial killer who chooses victims based on the seven deadly sins, and kills them in a way that's consistent with their "sin". The graphical images of the victims are still with me, and if I think about it too much I'll never sleep. It was awful.

Yeah, The Exorcist is top of the list for me. Then I would say, Amityville Horror. After that, The Shining. And last but not least, Poltergeist.

I'd have to say "It" because of the horrible looking clown (I hate them anyway). Didn't sleep for at least a week straight. I laughed at the exorcist.
