The wolves. The owls. I love them all, and I'll fight to the end to keep this deliberate imbalance of nature from occurring in my area!!

Grim Reaper, bless you for caring for the little fox!!!! They are a beautiful animal, and ALL animals have a place in our ecosystem. I am glad to hear that you have the Animal Control folks helping now. I hope the fox gets well, and can return to it's home area soon.

When animals start foraging in human garbage, that is a very loud shout that we are encroaching on their lands without taking care to protect them from the ravages of urban sprawl.

I watch the Animal Channel regularly, and the commercial by ASPCA to get donations to help support sheltered animals is a commercial that brings me near tears every time I hear it. I love all of those little guys that they show, and I would take them all, if only that was humanly possible. There is nothing more innocent than an animal... any animal. They intend no deliberate harm to anyone, as all the are doing is following their instincts to find food and shelter. Man, on the other hand, is the cruelest animal on the planet, when it comes to taking care of the creatures who share our earth with us.

All of you who show your love for animals in every way you are able are very precious friends to me. Our earth needs so many more just like you!!! {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

I just got this e-mail from Defenders of Wildlife.

"Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has signed off on a $400,000 state-funded propaganda campaign to justify the state’s barbaric wolf slaughter from the skies. "

Using taxpayer dollars to fund a campaign to convice the people that not only killing wolves is good but killing them from helicopters is better.

What a dreadful thing for the governor of Alaska to do!!! Why doesn't she turn her dollars and energies toward saving the polar bear, if she wants to mess with the animals?? If you can't do something nice for them, don't do anything at all! That's the way I see it!
