With four deaths and a suicide, I don't doubt there is something going on at the place. I assume it was the sight of a murder/suicide? I think anytime an emotional tragedy occurs it can leave an imprint; I imagine those workers are pretty spooked!

well there went the evp's etc. the people are a fraid of publicity, and won't be able to sell the house.then a snake was spotted in the crawl space in the basement. no less than a copper head.that snake is bad to the bone.plus the fact maryland requires known haunting's, to be known to potential home buyer's. needless to say' I'am depressed about not getting to see this house.

Just knowing what happened in a house can get your mind going bonkers! Whew, the imprint or haunting in that house is no doubt intense...

YIKES! This is pretty wild!! Do you have any idea how old the house might be, Grim? Just curious. It's too bad that the owners are afraid to let anything out about a "possible" (let's make that "probable"!) haunting going on here. With all of the deaths here over a period of time, that by itself is enough to leave something behind in the way of spirit activity... and, strangely enough, renovations and changes to a house tends to bring out even more paranormal activity, especially in a place with a history like this one! It would be very interesting to do some EVP's here. Are there people living in the house at present? If there aren't, maybe some EVP's could be captured from outdoors? Someplace near the house, if you would be allowed to do this without causing problems for yourself, or anyone else... thinking you are a burglar and calling police, or worse!! You don't need anyone unloading their gun in your direction.

This sounds sooo interesting, I really wish they would allow someone to come in and investigate this. There are just too many very strong signs of some rather intense paranormal activity going on, to just brush it aside and sweep it under the proverbial carpet.

Maybe the owner will have something happen that might change their mind...

the house was built in the 1940's.the people bought it at auction.& and now trying to renovate & flip for more money.there still refuseing, to believe in ghost's and haunting's. plus the fact maryland's right to know law. ( about possible haunting's) the house would not be and easy seller.I tryed to explain to them, if theres nothing there it's not a problem.according to the worker's that walked off the job. there's plenty there to worry about. I would not do anything to prevent them from selling the house.if there is this much activity at this house.it would be exciteing to be able to record the affect's first such activity is this would be considered rare. simple explanations should be examined first. there is and excellent paranormal team in my area with years of experiance & equipment.willing to work free& confidential. my fingers are crossed. needless to say I would be and invited guest. there's a 175,000 dollar's at stake. that's what they payed for the house.they were expecting with renovations. areturn of.$275,000 to$300.000 dollars. maryland is not a cheap state to live in the property tax's are high & so is the cost of liveing.

Sounds like a gold mine of activity Grimmy.

Massachusetts has a similar law regarding open statements of ghostly activity when selling a house.

It's tough when the owners say no. Nothing you can do about it. If you try anything it's trespassing or worse, B&E. You could hang around in the street out front hoping to see some activity but the police frown on that as well. It's called stalking.

Good luck on checking out that house. Most places have ghostly activity but few exhibit the kind of stuff you're taking about. A real gold mine.
Good luck.
