Thank you for the post, Ghostdancer! I also hope everyone will have a really good Thanksgiving Day tomorrow!!

I was just thinking it would be a great time to count a few blessings... so I am going to name 3 blessings that I am counting, and anyone who wants to join in, please feel free to add a few of your own blessings!! =)

Three of my blessings are:

1. I am so thankful for my wonderful family, including my loving husband, son and daughter (Kell). Without them, my life would not be nearly as blessed as it is!! I LOVE all of you more than words can say!!

2. I am thankful for my friends on the Internet, both here on this message board, and also at MySpace (look me up at myspace... I am "spiritkeepmare"). Many friends here at SpiritKeep have been here for a long time, and many special friendships have formed, and they just get better with time!! I love each of our members, old and new, and many blessings to each of you!!! {{{hugs}}}

3. I am also thankful for our beagle, Doc Holliday, who has shared our lives for 9 years now. I love all animals, not just dogs, and it is so amazing how much love they can give back! This is one of my favorite things to be thankful for... the love and devotion of a pet.

Many blessings to all,

{{{Hugs}}} [Wink] =) [Wink]
Mare

PS... Don't eat too much turkey! LOL

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We had a group of 14 over and had a great time. My top 3 thankful things:

1. My amazing husband and son. My husband has always been there for me, and I truly consider him my 'better half'. My son, almost 6, is truly a blessing. I love him more than life itself!

2. I'm Thankful that I'm able to be a stay at home mom to our son. I am grateful that I'm able to be home with him. I have an incredible respect for working moms, I don't think that I could do it and be the mom I am now. I'm not torn in a million directions, I have time to enjoy our family. They are little for so little time. Every morning when ds gets up and sits by the heat on his beanbag chair getting warm I feel how incredibly lucky I am to be able to spend quiet unhurried time with him!

3. I am also Thankful one of my wonderful friends suggested the Montessori school our son now goes to. He is thriving there and and I'm estatic that it goes up until the 8th grade. It is a very friendly place and I'm so glad we're a part of it!

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Let's see...

1. I have a family that loves and supports me.

2. My health, something I won't be taking for granted again.

3. We have plenty of food to eat, and a comfortable home. Once you travel overseas and see how the other half of the world lives, it makes you more aware and more appreciative of just how easy we really do have it.

Happy Turkey Day!

1. That I have a whole and complete family; everyone is alive and mostly healthy; my Grammy's cancer is still slow-moving and not affecting her life or happiness that much, and whatever auto-immune disorder that my sister has seems to be mostly under control.

2. That I have money in the bank and a roof over my head and food in the fridge.

3. For the new job, and allllll of the blessings coming from it.

4. That my heart's love is alive and well and mostly unaffected by the goings-on in Pakistan. May he return to me soon.

=)
