Hey everyone! I have a quick question...my husband & I just bought a house a couple of months ago, & shortly after moving in I have been hearing 3 knocks...its always when I'm in bed asleep, so when they awaken me, I get up & go to the door thinking someone is knocking but there is never anyone there. A couple of mornings ago I was SOUND asleep & was awakened by 3 LOUD knocks, only this time they sounded as if they were on the wall instead of at the door. I know I'm not dreaming either, because every time it happens my dog Gizmo starts barking so he hears it too....SO, does anyone have any ideas as to who/what it could be? Thanks in advance! Kris

You may have a spirit trying to get your attention (darn time to do that, huh!), or you could have a ghost. It usually works if you tell them to stop the knocking.

Yeah, its almost always when I'm asleep, however one night my husband & I were watching Ghost Hunters (how ironic...) & we both heard 3 what sounded like "clicking" sounds on the light fixture in the dining room, which was behind us. It sounded like if you took a spoon or something & 'clicked' it on the glass...again, 3 times...so, I don't know what to think. It doesn't scare me or anything, I would just love to know who/what it is. Thanks for your advice! (but I don't know if I really want them to stop the knocking! lol) Kris

They almost become a part of the family, don't they? LOL!!! Anyway, as long as your not feeling threatened in any way, enjoy your company.

No doubt! =} I'm trying to stay in out of the ICE we're getting here in Tennessee! Its 9:03 am now, & there have already been about 70 wrecks around the area...so, maybe my "ghosties" will try to get some where warm, hopefully not in my BED though! LOL Kris

Yea, around that same time we started getting the snow. For awhile it didn't look like it was gonna let up! But it did and, after all that, I don't think we ended up with more than 1/2".

I wouldn't want any ghosts in my bed either! It's bad enough that they sit on your bed, at times....

Uhhh, never had one sit on my bed (that I was aware of...lol) and I don't think I'd like it either! We didn't get any snow down here, just freezing rain...the 70 accidents turned into more like over 100...none real serious I don't think, but people just don't learn! I mean when they're telling you to STAY HOME, you need to...stay home. =}

People frustrate me to no end! If they'd only use their brains!!! LOL! =P
