A long time ago I read about a creepy urban legend involving pumpkin head children (the explanation was that they were hydrocephalic or had some sort of in breeding issues) or some kind of _______ head children. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? I think it's only a regional story. Googling only gets me sites about that crappy horror movie or tacky tchotchkies with cutesy painted faces.

The only pumpkin head I know of is the one from the Simpsons who was on the Krusty the Klown show I think.
